Best of the West

In October, 1999, Bruce took a tour with the Friends of Arizona Highways. This group toured the Best of Northern Arizona locations with famed photographer J. Peter Mortimer.  Most of these images are those taken with the digital camera and slightly cropped (in some cases), but not edited or color adjusted.  No filters were used. The lens image is roughly equivalent to a 35 mm lens on a 35 mm camera.

We covered about 1000 miles in five days.  Some times we were not at a place at the optimum time for photography, but we did the best we could when we were there.

Here are the best photos from this trip laid out as if on a light box!
